Default Underdrive pulleys?

i haven't heard much on these in a while, when i first got the car everyone here was telling me they were a waste of money. i got to thinking there is not a whole lot more i can do for a little amount of money. if i am to get underdrive pulleys from steeda what can i expect? or should i just save some more money for a plenum and throttle body.

I would say pullies before the tb/plenum. I dont know what helped out of the tb/plenum and pullies more because i got my pullies put on when i got my clutch and gears installed

But yes technically are suppose to do. There is less drag on the engine because its not taking as much work to turn the accesories. And thats how the pullies helps the revs

Im honestly probly the wrong person to ask on that, since I didnt just have that one thing installed. With the clutch the aluminum fly wheel was intalled. and that helps rev faster also
