SALEEN - - - GT TRADE HELP ME
Ok guys, a guy just aproached me and wants to trade his 98 saleen s281 convertible for my 2002 gt. his has 32,000 mine 31,000 miles. i took it for a test drive and it drove really nice. i have all the bells and whistles on mine except for a supercharger. his is not supercharged. he wants 5,000 and my car for his. what do you guys think??? would it be worth it?? His car is basically stock with leather interior. it kinda felt like it may need a new clutch as there was not alot of room in it. anyway, help a brutha out! thanks!!

It's basically just personal preference..
Personally I would not trade.. I like the new edge body style better then the sn95's .. plus I'm not sure if you are going to actually gain any extra hp out of it.. you may actually loose some.. IMO i say stay with what you have.

yea my gt is definetly faster. his is a convertible with leather and the body really isn't bad at all. hes got some big *** tires on it 295's on the back and 255's on the front goodyear eagles. i took it on the freeway and it drove pretty darn smooth. i have put alot of money into my gt 20" wheels w/35 series falklen tires, total exhaust w/flows, cold air kit, diablo chip, 3.73 gears, gettin ready to lower it. i guess i have just always wanted a saleen. i guess i better rethink all of this. thanks guys!

anyways dont trade. the motor is non pi and is practially a non pi gt motor. he wats you to give him money and trade? he should be giving you money
