It allows you to manually advance your timing without the need of a tuner. When going to the track, run a higher octane gas, bump up the timing, and run better times

Damn, JB. You're almost giving it away at that price.

For those looking, it helps power, mileage, and throttle response. I'm running mine at 14 degrees total advance (stock is 10) and using 89 octane. It was a very good purchase and I love it. I recommend buying Steeda pulleys to go with it.

You will feel it...I can't tell you exact numbers because I didn't have my car dyno'd. But you can expect ~5 rwhp I would say? For 80 bucks thats pretty damn good

Yea, at least, more like 5-8...you can bump the timing even more when you go to the track to squeeze out a few more ponies

i generally run 92-93 octane anyway, what would a good setting be for me if i were to get it?
