Default interior door panel removal

well now every time when I open my window from the fully closed position, I hear a very loud rattle and the window shakes. when it's mid way down, I can grab the window itself and move it up and down about 1" and it is very very loose.

How tough is it to remove the door panel and what is required to do it? and what kind of speakers are in the bottoms of the doors of a 97 GT? I figure I'll take the door apart to fix the rattle and replace my speakers which are also blown

stupid window

George

Door panels are a b!tch. You have to pop out the bezel first, then detatch the buttons. Then take out some screws behind them. Then to take off the panel, you have to lift up the panel, and then out because of the weird clips. Its gonna be a b!tch man...and then putting it back on...lol, have fun with that. I took off my door panels a few months ago, not fun.

Door panels are easy! Pop up! THen when putting them back on just make sure you have bottom clips lined up first!
