can be the IAC valve, also it could be the DPFE sensor, i had the same problem i cleaned the IAC valve and kept doing it, a couple of times when i was driving on 5th when i pushed the clutch, the rpm's got way low and the car went off, after like a month of driving like that the MIL light when on and the code was for the DPEF sensor (50 buck at o rellys or ford and it fixed my problem....

my car has just been doing this for a couple of weeks. RIght when i let of the gas is slows down. and when i push in the clutch the rpms drop really fast. and when i start it it will barely go up to 1000 rpm and the drop below 500 and turn off sometimes. this is really fustrating i have to get this fixed. so any more ideas of what it could be??????????
