Finally decided.
FINALLY. Port & Polished NON-PI heads, SLP LM1 Catback, Steeda UDPs, JLT CAI, and SLP Catted X-Pipe. How much RWHP??

Why? Non-PI<PI<P&P Non-PI Also it wouldn't raise my compression ratio. It'll just give me more power and air flow. Plus it'll be cheaper than buying the PI Swap package.

While you have the heads off, why not do the LTs???
Also, you need cams, at least some PI ones, if not some aftermarket sticks.

Yea...thats what makes a PI swap get really expensive...all the "While you are at it" mods

I talked to a guy today at a local machine shop and he said $1,300 because he really doesn't want to do it so he uped the price. Is there any benefit to just polishng them? How much air flow gain? Power?
