RE: best struts/shocks
strange 10 way adjustables
im more of a drag person so I went with 3 way adjustable shocks in the rear and they were from Competiton Engineering and I'm going to be ordering Lakewood 90/10 struts for up front. I'm hoping this will be the solution since I'm in desperate need of traction though what can I expect without a nice setup anyways. I'm getting some MM subframes put in next week to accomodate my eibach drag springs and upper and lower ca's. all that should have your car planted and allow you to set it up for drag and twisties

RE: best struts/shocks
the thing that bothered me with the 90/10 struts is that i thought they were meant for straight line and not really anything else..... is this true?

right now my only suspension work are eibach pro springs, MM full length subframes, CC plates, and steeda upper and lower aluminum control arms.

when I was looking at shocks and struts, I liked the tokico D-specs a lot but didn't want to spend that much money. I've heard some people not liking bilsteins, but never a complaint about tokicos. I also heard good things about the koni stuff, but they do not offer as much adjustability as the d-specs

RE: best struts/shocks
yea i saw the D specs.. but they want like about 600 bucks for those things. its just to much money for me... i was wondering about getting the KYB adjustables or the tokico illumina adjustables... are the tokico's worth it over the cheaper KYBs?

I have the kyb adjustables (agx, I think they're called, 4 way for struts, 8 way for the shocks, I think) and I like them. don't have anything to compare them to other than stock, but in combo with ford racing springs, they made my car handle worlds better than before.
