Default Finally Dyno tuned and Tested

Well, I've finally got the car dyno tuned and testing right.

405 HP at the crank
360 HP at the wheels
355 ft lbs torgue

Next inline is to take her to the strip and see what the numbers are. I'm guessing somewhere in the 12's. I was a little dissappointed with the HP numbers, as I was hoping it was over 400 at the wheels. But then again if I was to keep this engine alive, it's best to keep it under 400. Maybe long into the future, I'll throw a whole different engine in it, but for now and a long now, I'll enjoy what it's putting out.

The thing still rolls good. I can't run it too hard since I just got my new clutch. So I got to break that in as well.

Next couple major mods is ;
Custom interior, which will be finished this weekend. 6-9-06/6-10-06
Air Ride Suspension from Air Ride Technologies. (ordered, should be here next week)

Is it X-mas? or maybe my b-day? lol I love the gift of giving to myself, lol.

Thats a nice car, looks mean [8D]

What kind of back end do you have on there, I can't tell from the picture, but it looks like its built down? Aftermarket rear bumper?

It's a Razzi Rear Bumper and thanks for the comments!

As for the spoiler. I don't like bigger spoilers. I like keeping things unique to me. Although the factory GT wing isn't unique, I think you understand what I'm saying. I make the normal things abnormal and abnormal things normal, lol.

Also whoever voted that they disliked the car, must be on crack, lol. No offense.

Yea I knew I spotted an aftermarket rear bumper, lol.

As for the wing... when you have a body like yours, or even mine, because I have a built down body, I think the stock wing starts to look dumb. I would not go with a racing wing for your car, but I would either move the stock wing back or grab a saleen wing coming off the back. I think that would look absolutely nasty with your setup.

What PSI are you running?

Look into a power pipe.

BTW, 400+ is pretty safe so long as you have a rockin tune. I am at 415~ non intercooled, and nakani is at (I think) 430+ WHP.

Dammit pictures like that make me miss my stang. (Yes its still in my garage and still in the family, lol - but I don't drive it anymore).

The Vette is SOOO quiet, I need some noise. I LOVE the sound of the full exhaust with those LM1's on the stang. Can't get enough.

Gotta get the Vette a catback next spring
