So long as you have a complete kit you can install any supercharger on a otherwise stock car.
Of course, the more boltons you have, the more power you will make with the blower.

Don't mean to hijack but. If 400 @ the wheels is safe, does it make sense on a stock car to just do the blower and maybe an o/r pipe & cat-back, then just boost and tune your way to 400rwhp?

I think a lot of it has to do with the way you drive. 500rwhp is a whole lot on the stock internals. Probably to much. My KB has done me well at 9psi. Just keep the rpm's under 5500 with 3.73's
