Default Mach 1?
Hey guys & girls..

My brother is looking into getting a Mustang and he came across a Mach 1.. He asked me what the difference is between that and a GT.. I told him they are supposed to be under rated and fast but I couldn't actually answer his question..

Can you help me out and tell me what a Mach 1 is and what makes it special over a GT?

its a 4 valver, has 3.55's stock, different interior, ram air, subframes, i think koni shocks, different exhaust

can you SC it with that ram air intake located where it is? would be hard to move it IMO with that big hole in the hood.

and you cant run that much boost cause they have a high compression ratio, they are basically the 99/01 NA cobras

Same thing as your car with a shaker hood, solid axle, and steeper gears.. Think the heads might be slightly different, but yeah. The Machs routinely turn better times then the NA cobra's(if they are a 5spd, they did come in auto as well).
