My insurance is 460 a month for 4 out of the six months. Then I have two months to recooperate from my *** getting rammed. I only have one speeding ticket but I drive in Phoenix, AZ where we were just voted as having the worst drivers in AMERICA.

I am 20 years old with 3 tickets and 2 wrecks costing 15,000 which the insurance payed for. both were my fault btw.

If you cant afford it, i say do what you gotta do. Dont ruin your credit trying to pay for somthing you cant afford. Good Luck!

There are times when you just have to think things over and maybe let go of things that mean most to you. In this case it maybe my mustang....

As it is right now I pay the following:

Car $370.00
Insurance $425.00
Gas $240.00 (might be lower if I had another car)
------------------------
Total $1035.00 a month

Plus other bills - its not looking good I tried my _hardest_ to lower expenses, but it just doesn't work out.

I just dunno how are things are going to work out even if I get another car. Right now I owe approx 14K left on the car, and plus I dunno what car to get that would be a good DD.

_Any_ suggestions... please......!
Wow that is a ton for insurance and car payment!

Can you refi the car? That would lower your payment a little.

That insurance is killer though. 1000 bucks a month! Hell, thats less than my monthly house payment!

Since the car is owned by the bank, they require ins to be on the vehicle. I wanted to do something like thatt too, but oh well.
