Did you check the NADA book for the value of each car.

Get the GT! That is, unless they want 25K for it...Those are super low miles for a 2000 though, that offsets the age more than enough IMO.

Yeah, the 05+ Mustangs aren't all that flashy IMHO. I think the previous generation ("New edge," which most people are a fan of) is much more eye catching.

2000 GT for the win. You will never look at a V6 again!

I definately prefer the 99-04 style, and if you can get a 00 GT with low miles like that, ditch the 05 slug and get the GT. My buddy has a 06 V6 and he likes it, but he just cant get over the fact that my GT eats it alive at the strip.

ORIGINAL: fitbikeco

i know you guys are bias but i was wondering if i should trade in my 05 v6 for a 00 gt
i love the look of my 05 but its auto and i absolutly love the gt with the stick
please give me your input
I have actually done alot of reading on the new 05-06 stangs, and I do like them. The V6 Ford put into it is not really that bad of a engine. You could actually just keep yours you have now and supercharge it, I've seen those new 6's get upwards of 400hp. With 400hp you could really smoke most the stangs out there, plus you would save money on gas and insurance.

Got any pics?
