THe h pipe gives a deeper more muscle car sound, the x-pipe is more of a high pitched exotic sound. The h gives you more torque down low, and the x gives you a couple more ponies up top. The performance gains between the two are minimal, so pick the one you think sounds the best. What kind of catback do you have?

I've never heard that exhaust in person so I don't know which mid-pipe would be best, but I would most likely do an o/r h pipe.

Well if you are happy with the sound you have now, you can just stick with an X. If you want to go for a deeper (less raspy) then go for an H.

You may also want to consider the prochamber. It's a nice peice. Kind of smooths things out and gives off a deep tone. A little more pricey though.

The basic rule of thumb is usually: X pipe for straight through, H for chambered and the prochamber for either.

Looks like the spintechs use baffles to make a swirling effect. But don't appear to be chambered.
