A lock smith can cut a new blank for you, (you can find em' on E-Bay), but I'm pretty sure you'll have to go to Ford to get the chip inside the key "programed " for your car unless you have a spare. Don't quote me on that.

You will have to show proof of ownership- registration+drivers liecence, and you will have to have your car there. key 30-40$$ plus programming which they will charge 1/2 hour labor, oh yeah the kicker is you have to have two keys. I worked ford parts for about 3 yrs

RE: Where can I have a new key made?
I know I was going to install a Run/Start program on my car where I pushed a button on my key chain and it would crank up. The PATS device in the car required me to have the chip inside the key close to the ignition. I asked Ford how much one was and he told me about $89-99. So in getting a new key with a chip I would imagine would cost that much. TruBlue is probably correct though if he worked parts for them.
