Default $4,883.00

Thanks for all who posted their opinions about superchargers..

It was a long and hard choice but I went with.................... Procharger...............

I ordered my Stage II Procharger today, 42 lb. injectors and Focus fuel pump.. I ordered it from THR..

In the next couple of weeks my lil'ol Cobra will be making 420-450 WHP.. I could get more but I don't want the thing to explode like you've all seen in that one video where the 99 Cobra blows the doors off that Vet but then puts a piston threw the side of the block..

I'm thinking that 430 WHP should be good enough w/ 4.10s.. I hate to hit the 450 mark but ya never know.. Maybe I'll go that high..

that cobra that blew was on nitrous and a shotty tune if i am remembering the right video. as long as your a/f is good with a solid tune and only 8 psi you should be more than safe and with teh procharger i think you will be over the 430 mark

that 4,883.00 including install? or just in parts?

i want some kind of F/I... sure juice would be sweet, but you can't hear juice all the time, nor can you feel it or show it off under the hood :-(

$4,883 is for parts only.. My brother lives next door to me so were gonna attempt the install our selves..

I got quoted $6,600 for a Vortech install + intercooler.. Quoted $6,000 for a Procharger install..

I'll still have to get it tuned so I'm guessing another $200 but then it should be done.. Guages and wider rear tires can come next summer.. I've owned the car for less than 1 year and already have $10,000 in mods.. [sm=bangbang.gif]

So the install itself was gonna be about 1000?
