well im not sure what i should do then.. my car is siting in my drive way and it wont run or anything cause the hand held programer i have took the orignal programs out and wont go back in.. and i was told if the car has a chip it might have problems.. so is it not easy to remove a aftermarket chip?

IMO, if it's all ready screwed up enough that it will not start, pull the kick panel off and look to see what you can do. If you completly lost the original programming, off to Ford you go.

I think Blue is talking about the car battery not the battery in the programmer.

can you turn it back to stock with your programmer? theres always a chance the chip is fried. how exactly is it not starting? is it cranking just not firing, or starting but dying shortly after?
