There isn't any comparsion between a nova and a 4.6, so honestly I have no idea what RPM stall he should go with.
Hell, I don't exactly have alot of automatic experence with 4.6l cars. But I do know you definatly want a stall on a stage 2 cam'd car.

okay cool... when me and him hang out again i'm gonna bring my mom's digital cam and take some vids of his exhaust and driving around
