and get a smaller blower pulley kit before you get tuned

You could do all that, or just buy a aftermarket blower...

The 99 heads/cams/etc are not the same as a 03/04 (they will mount up though). I do not think you will make the same power a 03/04 will with the blower.

Also, you do not have a forged assembly correct?

i found a used supercharger setup, just need to find the heads now

he has a forged crank. the cobra superchargers are intercooled. he can take boost with out internals as long as he has a good tune. I have a set of FR500 heads that i have laying around i switched to ported navigator heads for my cobra. il lsell you the heads for $1100
