Default Check Engine Light

I have been running no Cats now for awhile and I just got my MIL Eliminators in, and the Check Engine Light has not turned off. Does it take a few miles for it to turn off or could it be something else thats making it turn on? I have them on for about 100 miles now.

Disconnect the battery for about 30 seconds should get rid of the light if the MIL's work.

You can just go to auto zone and have them clear the code that way you're car doesn't have to relearn it's curve.

The best route to go IMO is when I have my car dyno tuned I just had the guy turn them off. Which I believe you can do with a tuner as well.

Like I said before best way to tell why you have a CEL is to go to auto zone and they will check it for free. Then you will know what your problem is then you can figure out how to fix it.

Another good option.. if you keep throwing codes, find your local Harbor Freight, and buy their OBDII reader. Mine ran me $39.95 I think, works perfect on everything. the book they give you only generalizes the problem, and you have to research the rest, but it's been priceless for me when it comes to narrowing down possible problems.
