Default Rear sway Bar?

So a couple of days ago my car starts making a clunk every time I go over a bump. So I immediately think my exhaust has come loose some where. I look underneath and notice the tailpipe bracket had broken so I reweld it and go on my way and the clunk is still there. SO I crawl back underneath and notice the sway bar where it bolts to the LCA had broken [:@] Is this a normal thing or is all my HP that I don't have. I guess it's time to upgrade my sway bars. Thinking about getting Cobra bars or the Eibach kit.

I don't think there are end links on the rear sway bar.

I have heard of many and have seen several that have broke where the bar transitions from the round tube to the flat bar that bolts to the L.C.A. Cobra rear sway bars are infamous for breaking at that location. The G.T. Bar is less prone to breakage but it is still known to fail. Chock it up to a design flaw. I run the Bullitt rear sway bar which is slightly larger than the G.T. and smaller than the Cobra but it is solid instead of hollow. I have had no problems with breakage and I like the additional anti-roll of the solid bar.

Just my buck and a half.
