Default Zex Dry Kit

How much time would a Zex 75 shot of nitrous take off my 1/4 mile time. Im new to nitrous, i have the below mods and have 117k miles on my car what would be a safe shot if 75 is to low.

I've been looking into nitrous for a little while now also. Question: I really want the ZEX kit cuz they seem to be the most simple to install. Do they simply not make a dry kit for 99-04? And if I go with wet, how much more in-depth/complicated is the installation?
