Default 275/40x17's ...

Hi all.

I have a 2004 GT with the stock rubber on now. I'm thinking of going to the 275/40's on the front and back ... any problems with doing that on the stock rims? Any rubbing or fitment issues? Handling issues?

Anyone got pics of these on their GT?

Thanks,

shouldn't have a problem with 275's at all... Most people will put 275 out front and a lil wider out back.

Just bear in mind that some shops may not mount a 275mm wide tire on an 8in rim...

It's a tight, tight fit...

Yeah I have aftermarket rims that are wider than stock and the guys at the tire place complained about getting my 275's on the rear, but they got it done. I also like the way it looks with wider rims on the back, but that's just my .02
