Default mustangtuning.com???

anyone ever have problems with them? i ordered a diablosport predator last thursday. they were prompt to take the money out of my account. i recieved an email (didn't read it until sunday) saying that my order was on hold because i was shipping it to a different adress than the billing adress on my credit card. i can understand that. i sent them my required bank info and requested it be shipped to the adress i entered, and asked them to please respond to the email so i know they got it.

i recieved no response, so i called them tuesday. well i had to give the guy my bank info again, and he said that they needed some info about my car (mods, computer code, etc) before they could ship it. he sent me an email with required info and i sent one right back with the info, again asking for a response and a tracking number. well i still havent heard anything from them and they've had my money for over a week.

sorry for the long post. has anyone else had problems with them in the past?

I've ordered from them quite a bit and usually have had a good experience. Every once in a while the part you want will be on back order, but they get it to you as soon as they can.
