im pretty much getting a new engine from Ford. soo think a stage 1 cam could be ok since everything is brand new. I.E valve springs and valves? or do i need to upgrade those componets as well.

I noticed a HUGE difference but i put on SLP full length ceramic coated headers at the same time but I dont think comp cams considers any of their cams in stages, I got the 102300 with spring, got new cam gears and what not from ford and new gaskets
