I would say cam or crank sensor. I dont have any of my service manuals right now, but if I remember right both should have two wires, one 12v power from PCM and the other should have a varying amount of voltage coming out of it depending on engine rpms. So I would take a digital multimeter and check this. Hope this helps.

Thanks man, I'll try that tomorrow. I'll also try pulling the lead on the cam sensor, crank it, THEN see if I can get a code, something smells fishy here. Thanks y'all for your help, this car is my uncle's hot rod town car.
