I have a 75mm T/B and plenum and today i was changing my coolant and noticed that from idle and if you open up the T/B a little it makes a short whistle noise. It sounds like it is coming from between the T/B and plenum i tightened it and it still did it. Anyone else have this? is it normal?

I notice the same thing on my car. im guessing that it is normal. i dont know why it would cause any poblems.
