yeah, got the same prob right after CAI install. i thought i ****ed up the MAF and i was going to buy a new one. my friend told me to clean the IAC and the idle is awesome. here is another link:

I sorta had the same problem. The weak start. I replaced the fuel filter and it still did it. I cleaned the IAC it still did it. THen I replaced the TPS and it has yet to do it anymore. So it could be the same for you.
