Default Good, cheap hi flow cat?

My local muffler shop is going to fabricate a stainless steel x pipe for me for $150 dollars...I need to find some hi flow cats to have him put in as well because I have emissions testing here in CA. I've found some pypes ones for $60 dollars each from rpm outlet...Anybody know where I can find them any cheaper?

pretty sure you can get a UPR xpipe with cats for around $300.

why not do that instead of multiple pieces?

You can get a o/r h-pipie or x-pipe shipped to you for the same or even a little less $$ and I guarentee it'll flow better and fit better.

yeah I need the cats...This shop does custom exaust for hot rods all the time, I am not concerned about the fitment or flow...But $150 for a ss x pipe and another $120(max) for cats comes to $280...Unless you know where I can get a catted ss x pipe installed for less, it seems like a good deal to me...I'm just trying to find if there are any cheaper hi flow cats...Anybody know?

pypes is pretty much rock bottom (price-wise) for any exhaust stuff, from what little I've seen.
you better really trust these guys to save just a few bucks.

Well its saving over $120 bucks, which is pretty good...Since the cheapest ss catted x that I have found is roughly $400.00 from SLP...These guys installed the exaust on all my cars so I've had a good experience so far...Well see though...I'm thinking of maybe going with some magnaflow hi flow cats...
