We got a 99 mustang GT and just got header's for it .Was wondering if any body can tell me what tools are needed for the install.Also any advice on removing old exhaust manifold. Thanks in Advance

what kind of headers did you get shortie or longtubes, will be a hard job doing mine weekend of the 16th shorties

We got BBK shorty headers.Any specal tools required other than a socket set?

patience. I'd say have a basic torch (comes with oxygen and mapp gas) to heat up any stubborn bolts/nuts

i got the same ones are yours ceramic or chrome i got chrome...... your gonna have to put the car on jacks, raise the engine, remove the starter motor, collapse the drive shaft, and maybee remove engine monts depending on your skill level.... have some penatrating lub, a brakerbar, sockets wrenchs and some universal sockets and patience will post more description and pics when i do mine on the weekend of 16th have some one else with you you dont want to get stuck under you car be safe
