No, the clutch itself feels great. I can slip it . I think It is normal, but I am just not used to it so it scared me a little. I am unsure about the throwout bearing. I believe "chatter" is a great way to describe the sound!

maybe you are dropping the clutch too fast at too low of an rpm?

I do notice the sound you describe, i've driven a few 'new edge' manual stangs at work and I hear that sound... think it's normal


You are driving a mustang not a cadillac, so you are going to hear noises
