Default Crappy-*** Fix for rattling dash

looks like crap, but I don't care, the stupid dash doesn't rattle anymore and I couldn't stand it anymore. [:@]

little rubber bumpers jammed in there work wonders. stupid ford, if I ever see one of their engineers, I'm gonna slap the **** out of them.

I'm fighting with the fukrs over at my local dealership. Ever since they replaced the head unit that whole thing rattles and the bezel around the shifter is so loose I can move it from side to side. At least I have 1 more year left on my warranty, but it definately isn't one of fords finest design attempts, that's for sure.

you wouldn't understand how stupid it is if you never owned a new edge on horribly-maintained roads. it's absolutely retarded how much it rattled before. it doesn't really look that bad compared to before, all the gaps were uneven anyway. I shoved those rubber things in there in the OSH parking lot.

like I said, I'mma gonna slap the **** out of some ford engineer one day.

it was either those or white ones or clear ones. didn't feel like going to a different hardware store. but if you're like me at this point and really just want the damn rattling to stop, just jam something in there. it works wonders. maybe my dash was worse than everyone else's, but mine would rattle over any little bump in the road and cause me to want to punch things (like the dash).
