Default Romeo Crown Vic Engine

I had to get my engine replaced cuz it was knocking, and my dealer found a romeo 4.6 out of a crown vic. The engine that is in it now is a windsor 4.6. My question is, besides the flywheel, is there any other differences? Does that engine also have the pi heads and cam? Thanks, Robert
