no need to get hostile! i just asked for a price lol... they are one of those places that charges ab it more but they do great work. They are more for interior stuff so w/e

jonbeast... so you have 15%... what are legal issues with tint?

also... how is it seeing out? My g/f's mom has a mountaineer and my mom has an explorer with factory tint that you can see out pretty well but not in... is that how most tint is?

i have 15% too...i live in missouri...anything is legal for the rear...in the front 35%....but cops usually dont bother.....at night time 15% is pretty hard to see out of...my friend has 10% in the back...and you have to put your head out the window to see when your backing up.

hmm.... i wonder what my mom's truck has? Looking from the outside it's almost black but sitting inside you can see out with just a lil bit of darkness....

I figure I may go around 20%

Bahh not true.. I have 5% all around, and unless there arent any lights around you at night you'll be fine. Its also fun to stare at people at stop lights. By the way, it costed me $200 for everything tinted, including the strip on the windshield. Im gonna go back to the shop and ask them to tint my whole windshield like 50%... not sure if they'll do it or not though.

Thats hardcore illegal dude, lol, and 50% will be a waste of money.

I love my 15%....its dark enough where people can't see me....but its not ghetto ricer dark.

sweet... do you guys know what all they do to tint it properly?

It's something I would not attempt myself, but I figure it would be a nice simple upgrade on the road to a beastly car

Make sure you go to a place who you have only heard good things about....my General Manager just got some tint at a shop because they were giving him a discount because he gave them carwashes...and it totally looks like **** in the rear...no he has to go pay another 220 to have a different shop take the tint off...then tint it again

Err Hemm? Ghetto Ricer dark pleaaaaase... are you sure your not talking about orange tint? My friend has 20% with a 50% windshield and you cant see in it. He also bought the truck from a guy that owned a tint/customization shop, so maybe thats why.
