Are the cars your are looking at around the same price? You can probably find a decent LS1 camaro for about $10,000 or a little under (except maybe the 2002's they are still expensive). I'm wondering what price range you are willing to spend, because I know a friend who bought a really clean newer LS1 Trans Am WS6 with under 50k miles for about $15,000. If you ask me, that's a really nice buy.

Yeah, if you have to go F-body then go '98 or later. If not, then Mustang definitely...
