does dust cover need to come off?
i'm installing my c/c plates right now and the guy from UPR said to remove my dust cover. i took off the metal ring and pulled it off the top. Now all i have is that plastic shield surrounding my strut. does that need to come off as well so that way all that is at the top of the strut is just that little rubber piece and the actual shock itself without anything surrounding it?
