Mine is my daily driver and I drive it all the time everywhere. Awhile back I started driving the S10 but couldn't resist on driving the stang so I started driving that again. I raced mine at the track quite a bit last year as well. As long as you keep up with maintence and check everything you should be ok.

what i get from the question and i have not read all the way through this thread... but he is asking why people race the DD on the strip and not the street... or why dont they race on the street more..

Well there is one simple answer to the question.
Street racing is ILLEGAL. Why race on the street when you can go to the strip and do it LEAGLLY? Why take the chance of getting cought/ticket/KILLING or SERIOUSLY hurting someone on the street?

This has got to be one of the most stupid questions i have seen on here ever!
