Maybe the spark plugs, I remember some topics about changing types of spark plugs and then the car running crappy. I'd find out the type of plugs it originally had and replace with those. Just a suggestion.

put in the OEMs unless you have forced induction or nitrous! period

you can also switch to NGK TR55 copper plugs, i just put them in my car and i love them.
