Default Good buy?

After searching for a nice mustang for some time (96-98 Cobra or 99+ GT) I found a 97 Cobra with 104k miles (owner says actually 95k or so because of incorrect speedo). Costs $8000. New Front Struts, Alignment, and brake pads all aroun. 4.10 gears, BBK Cold Air Intake, Centerforce Dual Friction clutch, Aluminum Driveshaft, B&M Short Throw Shifter, BBK Off-Road X pipe with no Cats (will not pass NYS emissions -causes Check Engine light to stay on) and a Flowmaster Cat-Back, Raptor Shiftlight, 20% tint all around, and a Saleen S-281 Spoiler. Sounds like a good deal to me, what do you think?

MHO.... stay away... 100K+on a modded Cobra = LOTS of abuse

plus thats a high price for the miles
