I think Dan wants to put it on his GT, not cobra.

Pulled up along side a Mustang the other night... He had an o/r X + Flows from what he told me.. I just rolled down the window and told him I thought it sounded good...

But let me tell you, I didn't want to be mean, but I wanted to kick this guy.

Without a doubt the worst setup I have ever heard on a mustang. It sounded like he was dragging full sized oil barrells down the street I wanted to throw up all over the place. My o/r X + LM1's crackle and chop a bit, but this guys setup was TRUE "Rasp" for those of you who have never really heard rasp before. Rasp is that HIGH pitched rattling and scratching and teeth grinding noise you get from a setup like this kid had.

Was definitely loud, not over bearing at all, nothing compared to the o/r X + LM1's... But sounded MUCH MUCH MUCH worse.

Rasp is high pitched rattling and scratching and teeth grinding noise?

Rasp sounds like glasspacks. OR atleast that's how I always understood it...

I wasn't a huge fan of my original 40 setup with the o/r h-pipe, but everyone in town went nuts over it and loved it.

I'm putting this setup on my Cobra.

Heh yea, like glasspacks pretty much. But my description is how glasspacks sound.

Im just trying to get people away from always referring to the LM1's that way... "Yea his exhaust was raspy, kinda like LM1's" - because LM1's don't rasp, they chop.

Im just saying, because most people thing LM1's "rasp" and therefore have a poor perception of what "rasp" really is.

flowmasters? single chamber 10 series behind L/T's and an o/r x pipe is the only way to go.
