Default subframes + ground clearance

how do subframes affect your ground clearance? should I twist up some panties or not worry about it?

they won't be lower than an aftermarket exhaust. You should be fine even if you are lowered... I don't scrape but on 2 speeds bumps, and that's only if i roll over them fats and the suspension loads.

I have a vert and they really aren't much lower than the stock sub-frames. When I look underneath the mufflers hang lower than anythng else.
