You could do a lot of things, it just depends on your budget...

with bolt on parts, heads, cams, intakes, inductions, chips, exaust, yadda yadda yadda...probably alot more than you think....500+ NA Horsepower...but for the usual addons, like exaust, intake kits, and the like, up 275, 300. If you spring for the heads, and the cams, and the bullit lower intake, you could get 350 to 365 i figure. Just guesses. Dome the pistons and raise the compression, with the decked heads might out you into the 400 range. Remember, that all the old rules pretty much apply to the new engines. We seem to forget that when were all talking about "Blowers, Turbos and the Gas".
