Hey i was thinking about getting a gt anywhere from 01 to 04 i need it in the 9000 dollar ballpark and from what i have seen there is very few 03 gt for 9k or less but there are quiet a few 01 02 for that price range. What do you guys think about those years? What problems have you had i currently owna 68 coupe but i am expirencing alot of problems i dont think i would sell it i just need somthing for driving every day please post all opinions here about those years thanks alot.

bought my 01 GT for 9k had about 58,000 miles on it. a CAI and a steeda tri-ax...other than that, completely stock. so far i love it...only problems are the clutch is wearing out and so are the brakes.

pretty much the same car 99-04. i dotn remember what year but i think 99-00 had a t45 tranny and 01-04 had the tr3650 tranny. the 3650 is stronger if you want to call it that but has its downfalls like the synchros. ive had nothing wrong with my car. but then again is only has a little over 7k on the clock

dunno bout the 01 or 02's but i have a 2000 and have had no problems. no clutch problems, no brake problems.. only problem i had was replacing the battery haha

for 9gs hop on ebay and get a cobra 96-98

mid01+-04 = tremec3650 tranny
