i have a 96 gt , and bought a fuel pressure regulator , and i dont know whats thw right psi for my car?

At idle, with the "vacuum hose attached (I'm reading this out of a service manual)" it should be 30 to 45 psi. There are different standards depending on the condition of the tests you're running also...
