spark plugs
what are the benefits of changing the spark plugs and which ones are the best to use? also while reading code3gt's faq he doesnt say anything about repressurizing your fuel system whereas ive heard that you have to do this?

RE: spark plugs
if you dont mess with your fuel rails there is not need to repressurize the fuel systmem...theres no need to remove the fuel rails either. The benefits are usually more noticable with forced induction or NOS and you would change the gaping and especially with nos youd want to have a "colder" plug meaning it should be made from materials that operate at cool temperatures like iridium.

RE: spark plugs
Your fuel system pressurizes itself every time you turn the key to the on position. You might even hear a buzzing noise for a couple of seconds from the rear, thats the fuel pump pressurizing the system.
As for the spark plugs, unless you have some extensive modifications to your car, such as increased compression, nitrous, super/turbo charger, the factory OEM plugs are the best to use, youll get the best performance and milage out of em.
