I'll be going at night. Hopefully the temperature will be in the 70's... but probably low 80's.

Okay, in a week or so, I will be taking my automatic 02' GT to the drag strip. I'm going to Rockingham Dragway, which is 350 feet above sea level. My GT is all stock, only removed the air silencer. What times should I be looking for (quarter mile, eigth mile, 60')?
I ran a 15.7 both times. i learned always expect less
Fiad - 15.7 or 14.7??? You shouldn't be running a 15.7 in 99+ GT. 14.7 sounds about right (depending on temp, tires etc.)

I did 14.3 @ 97 everthing stock except bbx x-pipe, on a 5-speed. Most of the time auto will run better time due to easier to launch. But if you get someone with talent behind a 5-speed, than my bets on the 5-speed. For autos the best bang for the n/a is converter and gears, with that 5- speeds with full bolt ons will have trouble keeping up with you on the track.....I know this from experience....... A girl beat me[:@]... My 8.805 to her 8.4x.....Her on street tires to my drag radial[&o] Hope this helps
