Default need help with my engine

Well my check engine light came on with code P1151 (Manufacturer Contrl Fuel Air Metering)after i had a new exhaust and clutch installed...so i had my MAF changed....well the light came back on and the guy who did the work for me thinks its a vac line...What would be the easiest way to find the vac line that is not plugged.....I talked to another guy and he seems to think it is a leak between my midpipe and catback...but i dont hear any weird noises....when im at idle...my rpms drop lower than usual and almost seem like my car is going to die....HELP

You might need to install Mil eliminators due to changing your exhaust.
