What type of pedals do you have: stock rubber, aluminum, or March 1/Bullittt style? What is the grip like with the aftermarket pedals?
I've felt my toes/foot slipping off the stock rubber that I have after a down pour.

RE: after market pedals
hey at least the new guy used the search function instead of just asking a bunch of random question like a lot of people do.
do the pedals come with installation instructions/does anyone know where to find them? i checked the tech/how to sticky and theres nothing there.

The ones I got came with instructions but were a little difficult to get at.
Gas pedal - I ended up cutting off the 2 pins that hold on the gas pedal with a dremel. You probably can push them out with a punch but it is not worth the effort and time involved. I used 2 bolts and nylock nuts to put on the new pedal.
Dead rest - I tried to get it off by pushing in on the tabs that lock it in place and after a little while of trying to gently do this I said f**k it and slid a big screwdriver in behind it and pryed it off. It is only plastic so I broke it but who cares. The new one just pops right into the metal bracket easily.
Brake and Clutch - I ended up using a very hot hair dryer to heat up the rubberto make it very plyable (sp?). I slid on one side of the pedal and then used a jewellers srewdriver to pry the other bits of rubber over the metal plate until the whole thing was on correctly.
This is the most tedious and frustrating part of the install.
I have heard of others boiling these 2 pedals or cutting off some of the rubber from the back but my method worked fine and they look great.

Mine are stock, but they're not the rubber ones They can somewhat be seen in the picture... I haven't had any problem with them and actually rather like them.
