I have a '98 GT, yellow with alot of work done to it. The biggest mod being a '99 4.6 swap about 3k miles ago and nitrous, which I only ran 1 bottle through. I was wondering if I were to sell it what i could expect to get for it? All te mods I have done are in my sig at the cardomain link. Everything was done in about a 3 month span, which is how long I have had the car. Intrerior is honestly in mint condition.

all you mods dont make the value go up at all. If anything they hurt the value. id say maybe 10,000. You didnt say how many miles are on it. Also i wouldnt tell perspective buyers about the NOS. I wouldnt buy a car that had NOS run through it but thats just me.

There are only 66k on the car but the motor is only 3k and all the mods wouldnt make a diference to a dealership but to a private party looking for something like this it does. besides they were all done only 3 months ago at the very latest.

So you deceided to look for a better platform to work with? I read the mod/dyno stuff. I would remove the mods if you kept the stock components as you never get your money back on mods and most guys want to do their own mods, just the way it is. I have kept everything I have removed should I ever sell my '99 Gt which has the fact it's a drop top going for it. I have also realized it will not be a quick car without a S/C. I'll just add an exhaust to what I have done and drive it. Mine has 55K and I paid $8700. if that helps.

www.kbb.com

It's not worth anything more than book value.

You'll probably have a hard time selling it for book value if the purchaser knows it's had some serious replacement work done. Although you might get some sucker kid come along and buy it for whatever you want for it.
