Well my friend got his stang reposed, yup sucks for him, but he knew it all about it so before he got his car taken away he sold all of his aftermarket parts, so i got lucky... ill post pics later

that sucks, tell your friend to contact the bank to try to settle the debt owed. The bank will take the car and wholesale it for cheap and he will be stuck for the bill. if he settles the debt, part of the deal would be taking the repo adn the settlement off of his credit. It works, i was a loser once too and that is what i had to do.

That's the best advice-not only will he be stuck with the bill, but his credit will be screwed so badly that he won't be able to buy a Kia or anything else with a line of credit for about 7 years or so...

it just seems liek we are talking about a kid who cant afford to pay his bills anyhow. How likely is he to keep paying on something he doesnt even have anymore? It is better to try to pay off 5K instead of 8. And i did say that part of the deal would have to be they agreeing to keep it off his credit. They can do it if they want to. they will go to great legnths to get that money or most of it rather than write it off as a bad debt.

yeah, i mean the guy sometyimes do stupid stuff, and is lazy and a liar (i know is bad to talk about people like this, and he is not me best friend of anything) but i guess he deserve it after screwing up everything, and start to buy stuff with credit cards and thatm i really dont know what is he going to do but i guess i help him a little and he help me a lot

i was the same kinda retard with credit cards several times over. I learned some tough lessons and he will too. I would put some distance between the two of you especially since he just lost his car and will need a ride. two words: bus pass.
