The KB site says that? It seems too high for the manual and a tad too low for the auto.
It says stock for a 99-04 GT with a manual tranny is 245rwhp, the auto tranny is 217rwhp.

ok my friend has an 02 gt, he had some big slicks on it, flowmaster mufflers (just mufflers), 4.10 gears, and bbk pullies and throttle body. he ran a 13.87 in the quarter mile and without slicks it was 14.1.. does that sound right?

as for the stock times, what is capable, and what is'nt,, I've came to the conclusion that it depends on 2 things..
1 is your location (as in elevation and tempeture when you race)..ive seen autos list 14.0's up to 14.6's,, and assuming at least somewhat similar launches, i'd guess elevation/weather has alot to do with this
2 is your launch/60'... apparently, it must be easier to launch an auto in stock conditions w/o too much spin because auto times are more frequently in the 14.1-14.2 range from what ive seen on this board..
however, a VERY WELL driven/launched 5-sp should be able to get a 14.0 as long as youre in the right elevation/temp.. (basically, ir is gonna requre 1&2 in your favor to see a 14.0-14.2)
Dyno numbers are typically (again, from what ive seen here) 215's for autos, 225's for manuals (+- a couple)
